Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Empower with Supriya. We are committed to providing you with a valuable and rewarding experience in each session. To ensure a smooth and respectful process for all clients, please review our Booking and Cancellation Policy below. 1. Booking Your Session • All sessions must be booked through our website at www.empowerwithsupriya.com. • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. • Once booked, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your session’s date, time, and payment information. 2. Rescheduling Policy • We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. • To reschedule, please use the link provided in your booking confirmation email or contact us directly at business@empowerwithsupriya.com. • Rescheduling requests made within the 48-hour window cannot be accommodated, and the session fee will be forfeited. 3. Cancellation Policy • If you need to cancel your session, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time to receive a full refund. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund, as time slots are limited and cannot be filled on short notice. • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days. 4. No-Show Policy • If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. • We value your time and ask that you respect our time as well by providing ample notice if you are unable to attend. 5. Emergency Rescheduling and Cancellations • In cases of genuine emergencies, please reach out as soon as possible.
